Tulsa Police say a man is dead after being shot to death at an apartment complex. The shooting took place in a parking lot overnight east of the Admiral and Mingo Traffic Circle.
Police say several people were in a car when someone, outside the vehicle, started shooting. Another person was hit by bullets and taken to the hospital. There is no word on that individual's condition.
Names have not been released. Police have not shared suspect information at this point. This is Tulsa's 45th homicide of the year.
