ON PUBLIC RADIO 89.5 HD1 – National award winning broadcast journalist Marshall Stewart begins an investigative news series examining Tulsa's Juvenile Justice system. Our microphones will take you into the courtroom and you will hear first hand from the judge on the bench what needs to be done to salvage the crumbling system.
