Tulsa, OK –
Good weather's expected for the opening of the Tulsa State Fair Thursday, and at least through the first weekend. Head of the Expo Square Board, Karen Keith, says popular standbys like the internationally famous cake decorating display will be back. There won't be a butter sculpture this year, but Keith doesn't think people will be disappointed. This year there will be a chocolate scuplture instead.

And, added to the list of unique deep fried foods this year deep fried cream cheese, deep fried peanut butter cups, and deep fried kool-aid.
