Incumbent Tulsa City Councilor Skip Steel is contesting the right of Arnie Murill0 to run against him.
In a challenge filed with the Tulsa County Election Board, Steel claims Murillo was not registered at an address in District Six at least 90-days before filing for election.
The challenge will be heard in at the Tulsa County Election Board next Wednesday.
Even if Murillo is removed from the ballot, Steel will still face a challenge from another candidate.
