Tulsa, OK – TULSA, Okla. (AP) An Oklahoma child advocacy group says teen pregnancy rates are climbing in the state after years of decline. The Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy says the state's teen birthrate ranks fifth in the nation. That's based on analysis of federal health data.
