Oklahoma City, OK – Despite dire warnings from some economist, legislative Republicans will move forward to a plan to eliminate the Oklahoma Income Tax.

Oklahoma House Speaker Kris Steele says, however, it won't be done all at once. He wants the tax phased out.

Some economists warn the revenue will have to be made up and the mostly likely source is property taxes.
