The man believed responsible for the massive 2012 wildfire at Mannford is now in custody. Billy Cloud has been taken into custody.
He is accused of dropping a lit cigarette which started a fire that burned for days. It destroyed homes, cars and out buildings in the area.
The blaze caused millions of dollars in damage. Authorities have been searching for Cloud for four year.
