KWGS News File Photo

Powerful thunderstorms roll over northeast Oklahoma overnight. The National Weather Service issued a Tornado Warning around 3 a.m. for people living in Creek County. This took place after weather radar indicated a possible tornado near Slick. There has been no indication that anything touched down.

Severe Thunderstorm Warnings were issued for Tulsa, Wagoner and Okmulgee Counties. Winds were clocked at 60 mph near Kiefer. The storm was powerful but had very little thunder and lightning.

The only damage reported was to decorative trees and scattered trash can.
