Tulsa, OK – A collpasing thunderstorm blew itself out over south Tulsa early Saturday morning. The storm hit with 65-to-75 mile per hour winds. As the storm was decaying a downdraft of warm air blew through the area from Memorial to 169 along 71st
Street.
The Sonic Drive-in lost its sign, as did a portion of Ultimate Electronics.
Freckles also reported damage. The wind is also blamed for damage to privacy fences in the residential areas.
