OETA

MUSTANG, Okla. (AP) — Oklahoma state Treasurer Ken Miller is to be in Mustang to award a student and a school each $10,529.

Miller will present one check Monday for $10,529 to a fourth grader who won in the 10,000 Reasons to Save Sweepstakes. A second check for an identical amount will be presented to her elementary school principal to use for educational purposes.

The money comes from the Oklahoma 529 College Savings Plan, or OCSP.
