A Skiatook man has been sentenced to life without parole in the fatal stabbing of his 16-year-old sister.
The Tulsa World reports that 22-year-old Michael Devin Stanley pleaded guilty Thursday in the death of Larisa Fraley. A plea agreement allowed him to avoid the possibility of receiving the death penalty.
Fraley's body was found in an abandoned van in Osage County on Jan. 27, 2014. A plea agreement was reached so Stanley could avoid the possibility of receiving the death penalty.
