Oklahoma seniors are often targeted by scams. Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner John Doak wants them better informed. He is sponsoring a series of senior fraud conferences.
The conference topics include: Medicare Fraud. Funeral Home Trust Fraud, Contractor Fraud, Postal Fraud and Investment Fraud. The conference is free to seniors. There is a $30 fee for others.
The first conference will be in Bartlesville at the Community Center of Thursday. The Tulsa conference will be at the Mabee Center on July 17th. Both start at 9AM.
