School Testing Computers Crash Again

File Photo

Computerized student testing is going to be a problem again this year in at least some Tulsa area schools. Just as students were logging in to begin testing, computers started lagging and had difficulty logging in to the McGraw Hill testing site.

Computers went down in the Tulsa Public Schools, Jenks, Union, Broken Arrow, Coweta, and Bixby.

Union Schools Executive Director of Technology, Todd Borlin, says some tests exited out of the system while students were taking the tests. He says, in the Union district, they passed all of the state mandated compliance requirements prior to administering the tests.
