Save the Arts Effort Continues
As budget talks continue, the effort to save the arts in Tulsa builds. There have been demonstrations, email campaigns, and personal appeals at city council meetings by supporters of the arts since the news they’re in for drastic cuts in the city’s proposed budget. Current plans could potentially eliminate nearly all arts programs affiliated with the city of Tulsa.
