KWGS News File Photo

The State Senate announced a new website for public access monitoring the budget process. The website provides detailed information of research and presentations that the Senators will use developing the Fiscal 2014 budget.

Senate Appropriations Chairman Clark Jolley says, "these advancements are actually going to make it easier for our members and the public to access information, and make it easier for us to track, access and archive these materials."

She also says the website monitoring the conference room where the Senate Appropriations meetings are held, is a leap forward in providing information about the budget process in a timely manner.
