Police: Man Shot in Neck at Tulsa Mall Parking Lot

KWGS News File Photo

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Tulsa police say a man was shot and injured at a mall parking lot while two young children were in his car.

Corporal Will Dalsing says the victim was found Saturday night at the Woodland Hills Mall with a gunshot wound to the neck. He says a toddler and a child who is about 5 or 6 years old were found uninjured in the back of the car.

Dalsing says someone shot the 25-year-old victim through the passenger-side window and that the victim isn't fully cooperating with police. He says officers are reviewing surveillance footage from the mall.

No arrests have been reported.
