CHELSEA, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says one person was killed when run over by a vehicle at a camp site near Chelsea.
The patrol says the victim was struck when the driver of the sport utility vehicle was backing out of the site at Spencer Creek Cove in northeastern Rogers County.
A report on the incident says the victim's name is being withheld because of his age.
