'36-Degrees North' will be the name of the new entrepreneur resource center in Tulsa. It will be located in the Brady Arts District at 36 E. Cameron Street.
During a news conference today, it was announced Tulsa Technology Center will be a founding partner. OU and OSU will also be supporters. It is funded by the George Kaiser Family Foundation, The Lobeck-Taylor Foundation and the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce.
The facility will provide business start-up support, a think tank and work space for new business start-ups, including conference rooms and event spaces. The name coincides with the latitude line that runs through Tulsa.
The Kaiser Family Foundation is a contributor to KWGS.
