The Oklahoma Geological Survey reports that the quake had a preliminary magnitude of 4.0, while the U.S. Geological Survey estimated the quake's magnitude at 3.9.
Another temblor occurred about 5:45 p.m. in Lincoln County, not far from the first earthquake. The U.S. Geological Survey estimated its magnitude at 3.2.
