Broken Arrow State Representative Mike Ritze has joined those calling for State Education Superintendent Joy Hofmeister to resign.
She has been accused of campaign fund raising fraud. In a news release, Ritze says court records show she operates outside the law.
Hofmeister has yet to go to trial and has NOT been convicted.
