SALLISAW, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Marble City man has been killed in a single-vehicle crash on a state highway near Sallisaw.
The OHP says 24-year-odl Jimmy Don Cheater was dead at the scene of the collision shortly before 5:30 a.m. Saturday.
Troopers say Cheater was southbound on Oklahoma Highway 17 when the car he was driving went off the highway and hit a culvert and a tree before overturning.
