Management Change at Price Tower

Price Tower

By KWGS News

Bartlesville, OK – Price Tower Arts Center announces a change in management for its hotel and bar. Both businesses have been under the management of The Coury Collection of Tulsa since April 1, 2008. Effective April 1, 2010, the Inn at Price Tower and Copper Bar will be self-managed by Price Tower Arts Center.

"We are very pleased that our boutique hotel and bar will now be managed by our team. We feel this is a great way to return Copper and the Inn at Price Tower to the community of Bartlesville," said Price Tower Arts Center Executive Director Tim Boruff.

The change is a result of a mutual agreement between The Coury Collection and Price Tower Arts Center.

"Our goal continues to be offering the best customer service possible to our guests," said Boruff. "Visitors are given the one-of-a-kind opportunity to spend the night in a Frank Lloyd Wright designed building and we want to make sure those who stay with us leave feeling that the experience was very special and worthwhile."

The Inn at Price Tower, Inc., is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Price Tower Arts Center. The 19 rooms are located in the upper floors of Frank Lloyd Wright's only realized skyscraper. Some of the rooms are two-level suites located in what was designed as the apartment quadrant of the building.

"Guests always find our rooms finely appointed. The rooms feature premium mattresses and linens, 37-inch flat screen TVs, free WI-FI and complimentary breakfast," said Boruff.

Copper Bar will continue to be open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. Copper offers a pub menu, a wide range of domestic and imported beers and an extensive wine list. Visitors to Copper are treated to magnificent views of the Osage Hills while enjoying custom-crafted d cor.

Since the Inn at Price Tower welcomed its first guests in 2003, it has been recognized as one of America's outstanding travel destinations. The inn has been honored by Conde' Nast Traveler, Oklahoma Magazine, Business Week and the Boutique Lifestyle and Lodging Association.
