Man Uninjured when Bullet Strikes Chest at Tulsa Strip Club

Google Street View

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Police in Tulsa says one man was shot through the arm but another escaped serious injury when the same bullet bounced off of his chest and landed in his lap.

Tulsa police Capt. Cathy Reynolds says officers responded to the shooting at a strip club about 2:34 a.m. Saturday. Reynolds says the victim was seated inside when a bullet fired from outside came through the wall and went through his arm.

The Tulsa World reports a friend of the victim was seated nearby and felt the bullet strike his chest. Reynolds says the bullet had lost all of its energy and harmlessly bounced off his chest and landed in his lap.

The victim who was shot through the arm was treated for non-life threatening injuries. Police have no suspects.
