Tulsa man is in jail after a raid by Tulsa Vice Officers. It all went down late yesterday afternoon. Police raided the apartment of 43-year-old Michael Hall. He had two apartments in a small complex at 11th and South St-Louis.
Police say Hall was living in apartment #11 and next doors, in apartment #12 he had an elaborate indoor marijuana growing operations.
The apartment is across the street from the Hillcrest Medical Center.
In addition to cultivation, Hall was arrested for possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and drug paraphernalia.
