Omaha, NEB – OMAHA, Neb. (AP) A monthly survey says higher energy prices and supply problems are slowing economic growth in the Midwest and Plains. Economists blame the slowdown in part on flooding throughout the region and the lingering effects of the Japanese tsunami.
