Tulsa, OK – Sentenced to die, Oklahoma death row inmate Billy Don Alverson will go to the pardon and parole board to seek clemency. He was sentenced for the 1995 murder of a Quick Trip Clerk at 244-and South Garnett.

Clerk Richard Yost was bound with duct tape and beaten to death with a metal baseball bat. His widow is arguing against any clemency in the case.
