FORT SUPPLY, Okla. (AP) — Authorities in northwest Oklahoma are searching for a pair of inmates who they say walked away from a minimum security prison.
The Woodward County Sheriff's Office says 38-year-old Juventino Rojas and 36-year-old Carlos Gastelum went missing early Monday morning from the William S. Key Correctional Center in Fort Supply.
Rojas was serving a 10-year sentence after being convicted on a drug trafficking charge in 2009. Gastelum was serving a 15-year sentence after being convicted of a similar charge in 2008.
Authorities have asked that anyone with information about the inmates to call the sheriff's office.
