TULSA, Okla. (AP) — The Oklahoma Medical Examiner's Office has ruled the death of a Creek County inmate was a suicide.

Spokeswoman Amy Elliott says 53-year-old David Ernst, who was convicted of first-degree manslaughter on June 12th, hanged himself five days later.

Ernst was found guilty in an August 2013 vehicular collision that killed four people.
