Tulsa has a growing problem with homeless sex offenders. They are not really homeless, but file that way to side-step living restrictions. Tulsa Police Chief Chuck Jordan says, in some cases, the homeless men are then preying on homeless women.

24 men were recently arrested in a sweep of homeless encampments and areas of town. The crackdown was called 'Operation: Hide and Seek'. It was conducted with the U.S. Marshal's Service and the Tulsa County District Attorney's office.
