Hearing to Resume in Murder of 4 Women in Tulsa

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Two brothers charged with robbing and shooting to death four women at a Tulsa apartment complex are due back in court.

James and Cedric Poore are scheduled to be in Tulsa district court Wednesday morning.

The brothers are suspects in the murders of four women at a run-down Tulsa apartment complex in January. They have each pleaded not guilty to the crimes and are being represented by separate attorneys.

The preliminary hearing that will determine whether there's enough evidence to bind the brothers over for trial has been slow moving and it appears testimony could take the rest of the week.

On Tuesday, defense attorneys for Cedric Poore questioned a state's witness about her motivation for testifying against the brothers.
