Tulsa, OK – Today is the 90th anniversary of the 1921 Tulsa Race Riot. It is believed to be one of, if not the worst incident of racial violence in America. Maggie Jewel is with the Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice. She says there will be a remembrance ceremony this evening.

A walk through the Greenwood District will begin at 7:30 at the John Hope Franklin Reconciliation Park. The participants will meet back at the park at 8pm for a candlelight vigil.
