Grove, OK – A double fatality incident was reported on 06-06-2010 at approximately 0858
hours on county road 252 approximately 8/10ths of a mile North Grove of in
Delaware County.
Vehicle one: 1999 Polaris 500 ATV driven by Tonya Joe Cochran 49 yoa white
female address Grove. Pronounced dead at the scene by Grove EMS and
transported to Worley Funeral Home.
Passenger one: Wesley A. Cochran Jr. (grandson of driver) 4 yoa white male
address Gladstone, MO. Pronounced dead at the scene by Grove EMS and was
transported to Worley Funeral Home.
What happened: Vehicle one was westbound on county road 252 when it ran of
the south side and lost control causing the vehicle to roll. Both subjects
were ejected approximately 8 feet landing on steps to a house. The
four-wheeler then landed on both subjects.

Cause of collision: #88 Other/Unknown
