Oklahoma City, OK – OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Republican gubernatorial candidate and U.S. Rep. Mary Fallin says she doesn't support further cuts to the state's income tax rate until Oklahoma's economy has rebounded. Speaking after a GOP forum in Enid last night, Fallin said she sees no need to repeal a scheduled one-quarter percent reduction in the income tax slated to take effect once state revenue grows by more than 4 percent over the previous year.
