A woman is dead after being hit by a pick-up truck while crossing West 21st Street, just outside the Tulsa City Limits.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the woman was crossing the street just before sunrise. The driver of the east bound pick-up could not see her. The OHP says she was dead at the scene.
The Patrol gives the address as the 3000 b lock of West 21st. That is behind the Holly Refinery, on the road that leads to Chandler Park.
