The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals declines to remove the Rogers County District Attorney from the rape case against four Bixby High School students. The boys’ attorneys say there is a conflict of interest.
The Rogers County DA was assigned the case with the Tulsa County District Attorney recused himself from the case.
The boys are accused of raping a fellow team-mate. The attorneys have called it “rough housing”.
