37-year-old Heath Haney is due in Creek County District Court later today. He stands accused of killing two people last month at a Sapulpa gas station/convenience store.
Authorities say Haney entered the store and shot owner Mohid Khandker. As he was robbing the business customer Bob Fields entered and was also shot. Both men were found dead by another customers later in the evening.
