A Tulsa County District Court Judge orders the suspected shooters in last Friday’s Tulsa shooting spree held on $10 million bond. Neither 19-year-old Jacob England or 33-year-old Alvin Watts had an attorney for this morning’s initial court appearance, which was done via-closed circuit TV from the Tulsa jail. The Tulsa public defender’s office has been contacted on their behalf.

No charges have been filed. That is expected later in the week. Formal arraignment will be next Monday. In the meantime, both suspects are being held in isolation as the Tulsa Jail. District Attorney Tim Harris told reporters he will make a decision on whether to seek the death penalty in the case, after he reviews all the evidence.

Police describe the suspects as white and the victims as black but can't yet say if the attacks were racially motivated. Police are examining whether England was trying to avenge the death of his father, who was killed two years ago.
