Bitter Cold

Tulsa, Okla. – OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Oklahomans are waking up this morning to bitterly cold temperatures. The National Weather Service says it recorded a reading of 27 below zero this morning in Bartlesville and 24 below in Ponca City. That's without a wind chill. Today's forecast calls for sunny skies and temperatures to climb to the mid-30s.
