As the power comes back on in Tulsa, there are still intersections without electricity. That means traffic signals are not working. Street’s Director Dan Crossland says once the power is on, crews still have work to do.
DAN CROSSLAND: " Our technicians are monitoring the situation. When they (the lights) go into red flash, we physically have to go there, get into the cabinet and put it on line."
Crossland met with reporters at noon today and at that time there were still 25-intersections without power.
