The scheduled arraignment for Tulsa Police officer Shannon Kepler is being placed on hold for one week. Kepler is suspected of shooting to death the boyfriend of his estranged daughter. While, suspected and in jail, he has not been officially charged.
Kepler's new arraignment date is August 19th. The Tulsa Police Department says its case against Kepler has been turned over to the Tulsa County District Attorney's office.
