Mary Fallin said the governor is unlikely to stay the execution of Timothy Stemple, who is scheduled to die on Thursday.</p><p>Spokesman Alex Weintz said Tuesday that Fallin reviewed the case and said it would be &quot;very unlikely&quot; a stay would be granted.
