OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) — The state's highest court will review a recount that overturned the results in a special election for a state House seat from Tulsa.

Initial returns from the April 3 election showed Democrat Dan Arthrell three votes ahead of Republican Katie Henke. Henke requested a manual recount that found she won by one vote.

The Oklahoma Supreme Court on Tuesday issued a stay to prevent any action on the recount after two ballots for Arthrell were found shortly after the Tulsa County Election Board certified Henke as the winner.
