Water Rescue At Oologah

US Army Corps of Engineers

A water rescue is made at Lake Oologah. Two people were riding inter tubes, pulled by a boat, when the towrope snapped. As the boat was turning around to pick-up the people it ran out of gas. The people on the inter tubes floated away.

Fire fighters were called to rescue the pair and to pull the boat to a marina.
