Tulsa, OK – A woman is arrested for making meth in Tulsa!
But, what makes this unusual is that she was making her product inside the 81st and Lewis Walmart.
Tulsa Police Officer David Shelby tells Channel 2 this isn't her first brush with the law. She has been arrested in the past. She was identified as Alicia Halfmoon.
She was gathering up the items from store shelves and making the meth in one of the store's shopping rows
