Tulsa, Oklahoma – The TU School of Art and the Alexandre Hogue Gallery are presenting "Personal Interiors," an exhibit by the contemporary figurative artists Alan Feltus and Lani Irwin. As funded by the Ruth Mayo Distinguished Visiting Artist Endowment, this show will feature their paintings, drawings, and collages, all of which reveal a passion for (and a keen awareness of) the human form. Feltus and Irwin, who are married, are our guests today on StudioTulsa. They maintain both their home and studios near Assisi, Italy --- and (as we learn on today's program) this rich landscape has also influenced their work. The opening reception for "Personal Interiors" will happen tomorrow (Thursday the 5th) from 5pm to 7pm in the Hogue Gallery on the TU campus. Earlier that day, at 4pm, there will be a jointly-delivered artists' lecture in Room 211 of Phillips Hall. Both events are free to the public. For more information: 918-631-2739.
