Victims Identified in Tulsa Double Homicide

KWGS News

TULSA, Okla. (AP) — Police are investigating the shooting deaths of two people in a north Tulsa home.

Authorities say the man and woman were discovered shortly after midnight Friday at a home on East Newton Street. Investigators say a relative found the pair dead and called 911.

The Tulsa World reports that police identified the victims as 20-year-old Deyonta Dunn and 19-year-old Phoenicia Dorsey.

Investigators say there were no reports from neighbors about shots being fired, though there were several gunshots touched off inside the home.

There was no indication of forced entry and neighbors told police they didn't see anything suspicious.
