Tulsa, OK – On today's edition of ST, we speak with the Tulsa-based bestselling author, inspirational speaker, and movie producer Jim Stovall. Stovall has just released a book that he co-wrote with the financial planning expert Tim Maurer; it's called "The Ultimate Financial Plan: Balancing Your Money and Life." Since we are now at the outset of a new year --- a time when many of us make deliberate resolutions, new plans, and so forth --- we thought it'd be interesting to hear Stovall's take on the ever-important question of how best to get one's financial house in order. However, as Paul B. Brown has noted recently in The New York Times: "[This book also] deals with less tangible matters. While it covers most of the traditional topics found in a personal finance book, it really isn't one. . . . To their credit, the writers . . . say up front that they are not writing the usual personal finance book. Their goal is to help you decide where money fits into your life."
