A two year-old child is killed while crossing South Peoria with a man and a woman shortly after dark last night. Tulsa Police say they were not in a crosswalk.
The section has no street lighting. They apparently attempted to dart across a two lane section of South Peoria with a stroller.
They had just left the Warehouse Market Supermarket at 6300 South Peoria. The child was rushed to the hospital, but later died.
Police say it is unlikely the driver of the car will face a citation.
