Tulsa, OK – President Obama spells out his jobs program before congress. It comes as Tulsans pour into the Renaissance Hotel to take part in a Tulsa Job Fair.

Over 1,000 people took part in the program aimed at matching workers and businesses.

Oklahoma's delegation in Washington did not care for the President's speech. Senator Inhofe saying the President has failed to learn his lessons and Congressman Sullivan saying the people are tired of speeches and want real solutions.
