Tulsa Woman Must Stand Trial

By KWGS

Tulsa, OK –
A Tulsa judge rules a woman charged with the death of her husband by pushing him out of a high rise window should stand trial.
Amber Hilberling is charged with second degree murder and first degree manslaughter. She's accused of pushing her husband out of a 25th floor window of the University Club Apartments in June.
The defense yesterday withdrew a motion to have a recorded conversation between Hilberling and her grandmother not be admitted as evidence in the case.
